Work, learn and earn© is a project under the SauberEko® brand for the integration of young applicants who lack real project experience and want to become professionals in their field. Right on the project they are part of the team, and a certified professional of the Sa.Eko.Prs series helps and teaches them directly in the process — passing on years of professional experience. If you have the drive, humility and motivation to become a professional in life, this program is exactly for you.

How does it work?
1.Training directly on the project
When you join a foreign project, you are trained directly in practice by a SauberEko®-certified professional — not by us, but by an expert holding the SauberEko® certificate, who may work in various companies.
2.Find a company with a SauberEko® mentor
Looking for a company to work with? Ask whether they have a SauberEko® brand mentor working as a welder or pipefitter. If so, you are in the right place. You can verify the mentor and their skills on the SauberEko® website — Hall of Fame → Professionals, where the “Mentor” icon must be lit.
3.Connect with the mentor and agree
Connect with the mentor, who will gladly answer your questions, and agree on an hourly fee for passing on their know-how. They will train you directly on site — as a welder, pipefitter, orbital welder, UHP or Clean Room, whichever trade you choose. The whole process takes a maximum of 2 months.
4.Official PDF confirmation
At the end, the mentor sends a training record to SauberEko®. We then send you an official PDF confirmation with the brand stamp about completing the training under a SauberEko® professional.

SauberEko® brand mentors have passed a strict verification process and the brand vouches for their many years of practice and expertise. They strictly follow the code and are experts in their field. With their Mentor title, the mentor vouches for their quality and for passing on truthful information. Our mentors are also members of welding schools and training centres in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, where they gladly pass on their experience within courses and trainings.
