Personal Data Processing Policy

1. Controller

The controller of personal data is SauberEko s.r.o., registered office Ivana Krasku 25/9, 972 71 Nováky, Slovakia, Company ID 57 356 050, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Trenčín, section Sro, insert No. 57060/R. 2. What data we process

When you fill in the contact form we process your name, e-mail address, optionally a company name and the content of your message. Within the certification procedure and the portal we also process: business name / name, Company ID (IČO), Tax ID / VAT ID, address or registered seat, phone, specialisation and professional data, uploaded documents and certificates, billing and payment data and electronic signature. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and steps prior to entering into it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations for invoicing (point c) and, for publishing references/logo, your consent (point a). We retain this data for the duration of the certification relationship and no more than 5 years after its end, or longer if required by law. During operation of the saubereko.eu website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, logs) are processed for security and functionality; the website uses no third-party advertising or tracking scripts.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to handle your enquiry and to communicate with you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to the enquiry and taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), or your consent.

4. Retention period

We retain personal data only for the period necessary to handle the enquiry, or as required by law. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the data is deleted.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by the hosting/IT infrastructure provider as a processor, solely to ensure the operation of the website. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use third-party advertising or tracking scripts. Only technically necessary elements for the functioning of the site are used.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, and data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
