Have you had an experience with a company or individual who fails to meet their obligations, seriously breaches the code, promises what they don't have, or doesn't pay on time? Report it. Reports are never published – they are used solely by SauberEko® when verifying companies and professionals.

SauberEko® is neither an arbitrator nor a court and does not resolve personal or business disputes between parties – it only checks whether a report is backed by evidence. The reporter alone is responsible for the content of the report. Consider your accusation carefully before submitting: anyone who files a false or misleading report may themselves be added to the Blacklist and may also face legal liability.

Reports are seen only by SauberEko®; they are not public or accessible to other users. We process them based on the legitimate interest of protecting clients and professionals. Rejected reports are deleted immediately, approved records are deleted automatically after 3 years. If a record concerns you, you can object or request correction at info@saubereko.eu.
